This is our receptionist to
the left and one of the teachers. People can cut their hair at our program, In
their first years the students use models and dolls to practice their skills.
In the second year they practice on paying customers.
This looks very professional and certainly gives students the feeling of 'authenticity'. They must feel like they are in a real salon. How is the paying part organised? Do the students run this part of the salon and learn how to do this?
It looks very nice, can imagine that the students feel like professionals. It's really a very good exempel and suites very well in our new Schoolreforms of 2011, there we want that the students have good employment prospects. The new reform also want students to be able to run their own businesses.
